Edgmont Township is divided into 14 zoning districts. The location and boundaries of the districts are shown on the Township Zoning Map. If you have any questions about the zoning of a particular address, please call the Building Department at 610-459-1662.

Zoning Hearing Board Application
Zoning Hearing Board Information
– the Zoning Hearing Board considers applications that challenge the validity of the Zoning Ordinance, request Variances or Special Exceptions from the Zoning Ordinance, and appeal the determination of the Zoning Officer or Township Engineer. See Section 2204 of the Zoning Ordinance “Functions of the Board”. The Zoning Hearing Board generally meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Applications must be received and deemed complete not less than 22 days before the hearing date.
