Grading Permit Application – a grading permit application must be submitted if a project will be creating more than 750 square feet of new impervious coverage, disturbing an area of more than 4000 square feet, or when there are site improvements (such as land development or a pool). The permit application must include a Drainage Area Plan, a Topographic Survey, a Grading Plan and an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan. A grading permit application must be submitted and approved before a building permit application will be accepted for review.
Reimbursement Agreement – a reimbursement agreement must be submitted with all grading permit applications. The reimbursement agreement must be signed by the property owner.

Please note that all Grading Permit Applications require that an escrow slip be completed. This multi-part form may be obtained from the Township Building.
